If you happen to know a majority of folks who experience strong, happy, healthy family lives, kudos to you! As an aside, you now know the first person who can honestly say that despite my parents' good intentions, the best thing they could have done for me probably would have been to give me up for adoption to folks better trained as parents. Some of my friends boast of their single parenthood. I look at them and I think, "What an unoriginal way to wreck two peoples' lives."
